OSK Property Melbourne Square penthouse sales campaign

The Brief
OSK Property wanted to launch 10 sub-penthouses and a colossal two storey cold shell penthouse to market and turn heads. Perched across levels 67 and 68 of Melbourne Square's East Tower, the expansive 1185 square metre penthouse was one of the largest cold shell apartment opportunities in Australia, with a price tag of $23 million.

The Approach
Bastion built a PR campaign that positioned the penthouse and sub-penthouses as the largest new penthouse offering to hit the Victorian market in 2022. We built out a pack of media materials and enlisted our ex Channel 7 chief of staff and now Bastion Media Director, Georgia Comensoli, to get TV crews into the huge space - because seeing really is believing.
